Tyler, The Creator - Goblin (2LP)

Released in 2011, Goblin is the second studio album from Tyler, The Creator and his major-label debut on XL Recordings. Emerging from the chaotic Los Angeles collective Odd Future, the album established Tyler's confrontational, deliberately abrasive style, combining murky self-produced beats with horrorcore influences, dark humour and intensely personal writing. Tracks including Yonkers, She and the title track helped turn Tyler from an underground cult figure into one of hip hop's most talked-about new artists.

This 2LP black vinyl edition is housed in a gatefold sleeve and features the complete 15-track sequence, including collaborations with Frank Ocean, Hodgy Beats, Domo Genesis, Mike G, Jasper Dolphin and Taco. From the ominous Goblin and Yonkers through to the sprawling Window and closing track Golden, the album captures the raw, uncompromising sound of Tyler's early career and the formative influence of the Odd Future movement.
