Originally released in 1993, Pablo Honey is the debut studio album from Oxfordshire's Radiohead and the record that introduced the band to a global audience. Produced by Sean Slade and Paul Q. Kolderie, the album blends early-'90s alternative rock and grunge influences with Thom Yorke's distinctive vocals and the band's increasingly atmospheric guitar work. The international success of Creep, alongside Anyone Can Play Guitar and Stop Whispering, established Radiohead as one of Britain's most promising new rock bands.
This 2016 180g vinyl reissue is a 1LP pressing through XL Recordings, with a printed inner sleeve and download code. The original 12-track sequence includes You, Creep, How Do You?, Thinking About You, Lurgee and Blow Out, capturing Radiohead at their most direct and guitar-driven before the experimentation of their later albums.
