Released in 2016, A Moon Shaped Pool is the ninth studio album from Oxford's Radiohead and one of the band's most atmospheric and emotionally resonant records. Produced by longtime collaborator Nigel Godrich, the album blends electronic textures, orchestral arrangements and understated guitar work, with Jonny Greenwood's strings and choral arrangements adding a striking cinematic quality. Burn The Witch, Daydreaming, Present Tense and True Love Waits showcase Radiohead at their most reflective and expansive.
This 180g 2LP edition is pressed on black vinyl and housed in a gatefold sleeve through XL Recordings. The eleven-track sequence moves from the tense orchestration of Burn The Witch through the haunting Daydreaming, the hypnotic Ful Stop and the intimate True Love Waits, capturing a band continuing to evolve while retaining the experimental spirit that has defined their career.
