Released in 2026, The Great Divide is the fourth studio album from Vermont singer-songwriter Noah Kahan, following the global success of Stick Season. Written in the aftermath of his rapid rise to fame, the album reflects on family, friendship, identity, distance and the unspoken truths that can separate people. Produced by longtime collaborator Gabe Simon alongside Aaron Dessner, it expands Kahan’s folk-rooted songwriting into a broader, more anthemic sound.
This American Rust coloured vinyl edition is pressed as a 2LP set through Mercury Records and features the album’s complete 17-track sequence, including End of August, The Great Divide, Porch Light and We Go Way Back. Released on 24 April 2026, The Great Divide continues Kahan’s blend of intimate storytelling and expansive indie-folk, marking a new chapter following the extraordinary success of Stick Season.
