Originally recorded in 1973 and released in 1975, Tonight's The Night is one of Neil Young's most raw and emotionally devastating albums. Recorded with Crazy Horse and dedicated to Young's close friends Danny Whitten and Bruce Berry, both of whom died from drug-related causes, the album captures grief, exhaustion and vulnerability with an almost unfiltered intensity.
This 50th Anniversary Indie Exclusive Edition expands the original album with six additional recordings, including previously unreleased material and tracks that have never appeared on vinyl. Pressed on clear vinyl, the 2LP edition also features reimagined artwork and includes Walk On, Wonderin', Everybody's Alone, Raised On Robbery with Joni Mitchell, Speakin' Out Jam and Tonight's The Night (Take 3).
