Originally released in 1997, Buena Vista Social Club is the landmark album that brought a generation of Cuban musicians to a worldwide audience. Recorded in Havana in just seven days, the sessions were led by Cuban bandleader Juan de Marcos González, producer and guitarist Ry Cooder, and producer Nick Gold, bringing together artists including Ibrahim Ferrer, Rubén González, Eliades Ochoa and Compay Segundo.
Celebrating 30 years, this 2026 edition features remastered audio alongside the bonus recordings introduced for the 25th Anniversary edition. Pressed on limited Pearl Sunrise coloured vinyl, the 2LP set revisits a timeless collection of Cuban son, bolero and traditional music, including Chan Chan, Dos Gardenias, El Cuarto de Tula and the iconic title track.
