Originally released in 2005, Hand Of Blood is the pivotal EP that helped establish Bullet For My Valentine as one of the leading forces in the early-2000s metalcore scene. Combining melodic guitar work, aggressive breakdowns, screamed vocals and huge choruses, it captures the Welsh band's raw early sound just before their breakthrough debut album, The Poison. The title track became one of the band's signature songs and helped introduce their sound to a much wider audience.
This Oxblood coloured vinyl edition presents the six-track EP on 140g vinyl. Alongside Hand Of Blood and 4 Words (To Choke Upon), it includes Cries In Vain, Curses, No Control and Just Another Star — recordings that showcase the band's combination of technical musicianship, melodic hooks and crushing heaviness.
